New Vision Sales offers skill based training programs in our classroom and BDC training center or at your facility and beyond. The high impact NVS training extends from the seminars with Glynn Rodean (live or recorded) to BDC in house training (Which, can be from a day to a week at a time).
Full BDC set up includes recruiting consultation, training, testing, coaching and remote management and reporting accountability. BDC tune ups are each custom fit to ensure NVS is of maximum service. The "WHY" based landscape of Glynn’s coaching process and the high standard NVS trainers must surpass allows New Vision Sales to show people rather than just tell them how to sell an appointment and overcome ANY OBJECTION!The NVS Road to Success™ training systems range from BDCs, Hybrid BDC’s™, Call Centers to complete sales training. “We are what we repeatedly do, excellence then, is not an act, but a habit!”-Aristotle Habit is either a best friend or a worst enemy.
Again, because of the regimental proving ground we train ourselves, our trainers share experience, not concepts, theories or opinions. All trainers are required to perfect our “Enter-Training” way of helping people make and take better calls and sell more volume!
The New Vision way of training is best described as coaching because we do not have a trainer's copy of any of our systems, every NVS trainer knows their expertise by heart and are each able and required to do what we train!
Every NVS trainee is given all the right answers when grading their exams and WHY? Assessments on how to improve their skills and better maximize their time and their dealer's marketing efforts.
We exemplify the effectiveness of our training with hands-on demonstration in person, on the computer or on the phone. All NVS training provides retention testing, role playing, and assessment examinations. In addition, trainees are welcomed to join us for ongoing, very engaging and collaborative coaching sessions over the phone when off site. |
